Is a velvety Nero di Troia obtained from vinification of grapes selected by the brand Passionero.

After maceration at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation, wines
from the different ones parcels are assembled and placed for some months to rest in barriques of second and third passage for a period which goes from 10 to 12 months. Some week before bottling, it undergoes a slight collecting that settles brings with it the last lees of the wine.

Bottle aging contributes to improve the quality of product and lasts no less than 18 months, until the consumer is the potential of the wine itself will allow it. Color intense ruby red, the nose is complex, with fruity and spicy notes. The taste is soft, balanced and persistent.
