It’s a Nero di Troia DOC obtained from winemaking in steel of grapes selected from brand Passionero.
The must, after fermentation at a controlled temperature, completes the malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks Color ruby red tending to garnet and orange reflections with aging, the nose is broad and fine, with prevailing hints of red berry fruits and spices.
The taste is balanced and persistent.
